New Facebook is actually alright
I know I’m going to get shot down so so bad for this, but I quite like New Facebook. Yes everyone hates it, but how much more are you communicating with others about this fact? New Facebook is actively encouraging discussion and debate between friends, acquaintances and work collegaues. Okay so we all look like ’70s Tru-Print photos (thanks Nick!) but I quite like that. And I’m not so keen on my mug plastered all over my own mini-feed but guess what? I’m gonna deal with it. Yes, you heard that right: I will get over it!
People generally do not like change and personally, I just can’t understand why. Change is the only constant in life and certainly the only thing you can really count on. It’s also an opportunity to reinvent yourself, erase mistakes and start afresh. Change rocks.
Okay, so that doesn’t exactly apply to Facebook but you should embrace change in any fashion as there is almost always a chance to turn it to your own advantage. Or, at the very least, could you stop clogging up my mini-feed with your moaning?
