Catch-up
I really wanted to do one last blog post on New Years Eve, honest I did. I even had it all planned out in my head. It was gonna be about really hot girls that I’ve found on the internet or in real life or in porn but Virgin-bastard-internet happened (also known as ‘not paying your bills’). Don’t worry, I will do a hot-girls-you-should-totally-crush-on post soon as I do so love doing them but this post will have to be a catch-up sort of post like two girlfriends going for coffee except it’s more like me just talking at you whilst you smile and nod and I rabbit on about my debauched adventures and all sorts of gross/weird/fucked up/sexyhot things I’ve found in smutland…. no wait, this is exactly what happens when I have coffee with my girlfriends.
So, Christmas. There’s not much to tell except that on Christmas Day I got absolutely shit-faced and ended up with a deep purple bruise the size of a CD on my arse. I was sure I’d fallen over until my father informed me that I’d actually fallen into the tv unit. Needless to say I was the drunkest person there and when you can’t remember what happened but your step-mother’s family can, that’s when problems start arising. This is probably my favourite picture from Christmas though.
On New Years I went to this party in Hackney Downs, which if I’m brutally honest, was kinda shit. The warehouse space was amazing and credit to them, was full of beautiful people but I’ve never been the biggest fan of being at parties that play *both* J-Lo AND Beyonce. This is me, drunk on the bus back to my friend’s house having left at about 4am. At about 6am we picked ourselves up and trotted along to The Dolphin in Hackney for the Trailer Trash ‘Pie’n'Mash-up’ which was absolutely amazing. There was no attitude, just a great atmosphere and one girl who’d wrapped herself in fairy lights and attached them to a battery. It finished at midday.
I’ve seen a few people on Twitter using this Formspring malarky so I’ve set one up and if you click here you can ask me all kinds of pointless shit. Who knows I might even turn it into a blogpost if I run out of ideas

And my final note before I start blogging in earnest (as opposed to just rambling about shit I’ve been up to) is to tell you all to download DJ Bobafatt’s first mix of 2010, or, as he calls it ‘ Mixomatosis MMX‘. I listened to it this morning and the only way I can describe it is as the soundtrack to sitting on a London bus in Winter when the music tumbling out of your iod headphones starts to blur with the music blaring out of a tinny phone speaker from the back of the top deck. ‘x-genre’ some might call it.
